MBS is hiring a Maintenance Tech in Harvey, IL. This position is full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues efficiently.
• Emergency Response : Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests, alarms, or safety concerns to minimize disruption and protect personnel and property.
• Maintain accurate service logs, update records, and complete / close work orders using mobile apps or digital tools.
• Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and risk management procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and maintenance staff to prioritize tasks and support property upgrades or projects.
