In this role, you’ll work with designers and clients to create beautiful spaces by finding the right, tailored window treatment solutions for their space through personalized, consultative service that champions quality, transparency and honesty.

First year earnings projection : $55-70k , with commission and bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for local travel to in-home appointments.
Tooling provided : iPad / tablet for quoting / project management of sales. PTO : 12 paid holidays! Retirement planning coming soon.
Paid training period : Grab expertise in the lucrative window-treatment niche by learning at strategic pace from industry experts! A Day in the Life : Quote , measure, and handle the technical aspects of sales during in-home appointments, interfacing with installers on technical details down the line.
Project-manage design of each project, in collaboration with designers. Engage in account management tasks per client for each sale / project.
Maintain all aspects of sales and design process for each direct-to-customer lead we receive through marketing, walk-ins, and web inquiries, including design scope as well as the sale from inquiry to execution.
Manage showroom appointments as needed. Local Travel : Conduct in-home appointments for all sales / leads. You’ll be serving a typical territory radius of 30 miles,, but occasionally, you may travel a bit further.
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM . We believe in work-life balance and value your time! Who We’re Looking For : A Design Enthusiast : A background in design is a bonus, but not required we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
An Experienced Salesperson : Familiarity with in-home sales, quoting, precise measuring, account management, and project management.
A Seasoned Account Manager : Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients, teammates, and stakeholders. An Adapter with a positive outlook and driven mindset : Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to handle changes and manage multiple projects collaboratively or independently, with enthusiasm.
