What You'll Do :
- Collaborate with key-business stakeholders, fellow IT teams, directors, product managers, and engineers to develop specifications for new Salesforce and cloud-based products / services, applications, and solutions

Expertise You'll Bring :
- Minimum 10 years broad Information Technology experience with good experience in Salesforce Managing Services
- Understanding on ITSM Experience on leading Service engagement Salesforce platforms
- Comfortable with both Classic and Lightning (LWC)
- Good on coordination and automation mindset
- SOP Creation and maintain Good understanding on ticketing tool like ServiceNow, Jira
- Knowledge of tools like Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector
- Demonstrated budget management, tracking, and forecasting skills and experience
- Demonstrated on-time and on-budget system delivery skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in creating, maintaining, and improving processes, metrics, SLAs for the various interfaces, systems, etc.
The candidate will have deep insights into customer requirements, business needs and we have expectations of the candidate to :
- Adhere to the coding and review practices laid down by the team.
- Be equally responsible for the quality and timeliness of the modules you are working on.
- Display keen interest in the latest technologies and share that knowledge with peers.
- Great organization skills to prioritize, follow up, deliver, and communicate status of assigned actions
Education (degree) and professional experience required :
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science or relevant equivalent professional experience.
