We are committed to providing exceptional online lending solutions to consumers and our dealer partners. We are seeking a dynamic Director of Direct Auto Lending to lead our digital lending initiatives and manage our operational team.

Job Summary : The Director of Direct Auto Lending will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our online operational team.

This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in digital lending, a deep understanding of the auto finance market, and strong operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement consumer funnel engagement optimization strategies, KPIs, and internal SLAs.

Operational Management : Lead and manage the operational team to include hiring, performance management, and process improvement.

Digital Platform Management : Monitor online consumer experience to ensure online funnel and outbound messaging is performing to ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.

Product Development : Lead the development of product enhancements and service levels as well as, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.

Data Analytics : Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the online lending process.

Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Compliance : Ensure all online lending activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, marketing, and compliance teams, to achieve business objectives.

Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online lending initiatives and operational efficiency.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on digital lending and operational management.

Strong understanding of the auto finance market and digital lending technologies. Proven track record of developing and executing successful online lending strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to online lending. Strong operational management skills with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
