$54,080.00 - $108,000.00

POSITION SUMMARY :

Serve as the business-level contact and primary liaison with WRG clients. Identify, provide, and deliver the right resources and resolutions needed to anticipate and satisfy the unique needs of our clients.

This highly visible position requires continuous proactive and positive levels of engagement with clients; understanding their needs, establishing trust, and collaborating with them as they grow their membership while leveraging WRG and / or preferred vendor partners' services and tailoring them to their needs.

Internally, build positive partnerships with WRG and Wescom functional departments and facilitate support from key players within the teams.

Serve as an advocate within WRG so that successful delivery of strategic objectives and expectations are met.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS :

Schedule and attend recurring business review calls (QBR's) with WRG's existing clientsin order to maintain awareness of ongoing support, enhancements, mutual projects and strategic initiatives.

Facilitate internal resources to maintain visibility of WRG's service levels and client performance. Build strong relationships with executive decision makers and influencers.

Communicate frequently and effectively with clients and internal resources on projects both routine and in times of high attention.

Foster a culture of open, positive, and frequent communication with clients and internal resources on projects with varying complexities.

Able to think on his / her feet, manage emotions, and effectively communicate under pressure.

Work collaboratively with direct manager on creation and execution of an appropriate client communication schedule - prioritizing renewing clients, and those deemed 'at risk' and in need of extra attention.

Work collaboratively with direct manager on creation and presentation of client contract renewal proposals, review and address feedback from client, and finalize agreements for renewal.

Collaborate with internal departments and hired consultants on development of an appropriate template for ongoing performance management reports for existing clients.

Stay passionate learning and understanding WRG products and services; keeping abreast of new product / service enhancements in order to educate and update clients as appropriate.

Cross-sell new products to existing clients in specific situations as called for.

As necessary, able and willing to prepare and deliver appropriate WRG proposals and / or contracts / addendums in a professional and effective manner.

Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and relevant government regulations.

Must be able to travel and drive on company's behalf as business needs dictate.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration discipline preferred or equivalent work experience

Strong communication, time management, collaboration, planning, and business and technical writing skills are required. Experience in project management and software development preferred.

In-depth knowledge of credit union service delivery channels required. Must be detail oriented, organized, able to work well in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, and have a proven ability to create and foster continuous improvement.

Must have professional conduct and appearance. Advanced experience with Microsoft Applications - including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Ability to research, analyze, and document findings related to new products, processes, and services, including the ability to extrapolate Member acceptance, impact on other departments, and financial implications.

Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team. Communication skills including written, oral, and presentation skills are required.

Must be able to perform complex analysis and produce professional documentation with recommendations. A strong bias for action is essential.

COMPUTER SKILLS :

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be proficient in technology applications including the Credit Union's operating system and specialized software required for performance of position.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS :

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Ability to compute rates, ratios and percent, draw and interpret graphs, and accurately extrapolate probable outcomes from sampled data.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel;

reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel, crouch, crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds.

Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

This position may qualify as Remote or Hybrid with a home base at one of Wescom's offices. The Remote or Hybrid status may be discontinued by Wescom in its sole discretion at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice by Wescom or Employee.
