This position in collaboration withthe healthcare team patient and family coordinates and promotespatient health by utilizing evidencebased practice in the deliveryof professional nursing care across the care continuum.
Thisposition advocates for the patient and family to adhere to nursingand medical plans of care regulatory standards and organizationalvalues.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
Experience :
- 2 years of RN nursingexperience is required
- 1 year of pediatricsurgery / OR / Circulator experience is required
Education :
- Twoyear (ADN) degree in nursing a fouryear degree (BSN)in nursing or a Diploma Nursing degree.
- BSNpreferred.
LicensesCertifications and / or Registration :
- Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license froma compact state with multistate privileges or the ability toestablish licensure according to Arizona law before the start dateis required
- Current BLS certification forHealthcare Providers from the American Heart Association isrequired
- Current PALS certification from theAmerican Heart Association is required.
- CNORPreferred.
EMR System : RPMS experience preferred
Shift : Decided during theinterview.
Vaccinations : COVID19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Fluvaccination will be required from October through April.
Fluexemption applications must be received and approved beforestarting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID19 will berequired to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements andmust mask during the respiratory virus season.
