Job Description

Main Task : Work internally within local and international project teams to develop and industrialize optimized assembly and plant layout concepts aimed at improving the company's competitiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Develop assembly concepts considering ZF Chassis Module Systems (Work Plan / Investment Plan / Assembly Line Layout / Project Timing)
• Support acquisition projects for the production area
• Prepare RFQs for equipment suppliers and oversee integration
• Assist in launching new assembly equipment
• Prepare and maintain PFMEAs, value stream maps, and standard work instructions
• Initiate and support continuous improvement activities in the plants
• Conduct workshops in the plants, e.g., line balancing, problem solving, new concepts, including training plans
• Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
• Determine product specifications for purchasing equipment, materials, or parts according to standards
