Ideal profile : This position requires an EXPERT with an eye for even the smallest inconsistencies and errors, and involves analyzing / reviewing spreadsheets with large data sets without mistakes.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced with entering high volumes of data into specialized systems and databases with utmost precision and speed.
This person must possess a high level of organization, reliability and attention to detail.
Duties :
- Work with multiple clients in various industries to help to expedite the overall tax season process with a paperless workflow
- Ensure the accuracy of the tax softwares functionality to successfully prepare tax documents as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Verify detailed tax data from submitted documents and returns to ensure client satisfaction
- Verify US tax documents (Individual) required for filing clients Income Tax returns.
- Complete the task assigned by superior as per instructions provided.
- Ensure the verification of the documents are completed within the time frame with Zero % error.
- Maintain a daily record of the jobs accomplished.
- Qualifications :
- Candidates should be ready to work in Morning & Afternoon Shifts (flexible hours!)
- Normal working hours of 8+ extended 2 hours approximately.
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office / Excel)
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Good communication and understanding skills
- Self-motivated person and a good team player
