The Sales Support Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This position involves drafting sales reports, creating support documentation, and managing expense reports, along with other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities :
- Compile, draft, and maintain comprehensive sales reports to support the sales team and management.
- Create, manage, and update various support documents, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Create and file expense reports, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded and filed according to company policy.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay rate : 60K-75K
Schedule : Monday- Friday fully onsite.
