THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

YOUR ROLE :

As a Commercial Construction Project Administrator, you collaborate with various leaders to manage our daily project administration and coordination needs.

You are responsible for overseeing multiple projects in various locations and ensuring that every job goes off without a hitch.

Throughout all project stages, you check that the work is high quality and that our team members are working safely.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the exact same. One moment you're estimating labor requirements or scheduling material deliveries and the next you're directing project activities or maintaining detailed documentation.

You assist with coordinating project kick-off and pre-con meetings as well as preparing job start-up and close-out checklists.

Proactively, you fix minor problems before they become major disasters. You love seeing your efforts produce incredible results!

OUR REQUIREMENTS :

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Ability to analyze productivity, plan layouts, and material deliveries
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Knowledge about construction contracts, specifications, and drawings
• Computer proficiency and ability to use programs such as Excel, Word, and Mac Mail
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
