Job Description :

As a Project Administrator at Willmeng, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects across our organization.

You will manage our Project Management platform, WorkZone, and work closely with Project Leaders to ensure consistent communication, follow-up, and reporting.

Your role will drive operational efficiency, maintain accurate project documentation, and support the Project Management team by creating detailed project plans, monitoring metrics, and coordinating resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management Platform Administration :

Manage the company's PM platform, WorkZone, ensuring data integrity, user access, and timely updates.

Project Coordination :

Work closely with Project Leaders to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure projects remain on track.

Reporting and Analytics :

Prepare and distribute regular reports on project metrics, resource allocations, and overall performance.

Documentation and Compliance :

Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policies and regulations.

Resource Allocation :

Coordinate with various departments to ensure resources are efficiently allocated to projects based on current needs and priorities.

Process Improvement :

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

Communication :

Facilitate effective stakeholder communication, including regular updates, status meetings, and feedback sessions.

Project Planning :

In collaboration with project leaders, assist in creating detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using project management software (preferably WorkZone) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with construction or commercial real estate projects is a plus.
