Job Description : We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Dentist to join our team. As a Dentist at Mint Dental, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care to our patients.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing routine check-ups, and delivering personalized treatment plans.

Your expertise and patient-focused approach will contribute to our clinic's commitment to excellence in oral health.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct routine dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and integrate them into practice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Requirements :

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license in Kansas.
• Proven experience as a practicing Dentist, 2-3 years minimum preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in dental procedures and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high clinical standards.
