Job Summary :
ThejoboftheAreaManageristodefine,developandmanageoperationsandcustomersupport programs to support and meet Pilot Last Miles mission and goals for service quality, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Responsible for managing multiple locations and managing personnel at different locations.
EssentialFunctions :
ResponsibleforcoordinatingflowforcommunicationbetweenHaulers / Delivery Teams / Flatbed Drivers, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams
Provideson-sitepresenceondaily,weekly,orbi-weeklybasistoensureHaulers / Delivery Teams are following procedures
Overseesrecruiting,processing,andperformanceofHaulers
Developsandmaintainsrelationswith vendors
Ensuresfollowuponshippingdiscrepancies,damagedgoodsandin-homedamageclaims
Interfaceswithendcustomerstoensureeffectivein-homedeliveryfor customers
Maintainsmonthlyoperationreportsthatincludestatisticsandcustomerservice scores
Otherdutiesasassigned

Pay Range
$55k to $70 per year
The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
