What We're Looking For

Cross River is seeking a Treasury Analyst / Associate to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation of Treasury models and monthly reporting, including balance sheet modelling and stress testing
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Work with business units to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
• Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management and Board of Directors
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis techniques is a plus

Salary Range : $80,000.00 - $150,000.00
