FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL : Carmel Valley Family Law firm seeks full-time family law paralegal. We are a busy family law firm with 6 attorneys.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of prior family law experience. Candidates shall be proficient in the following programs : Microsoft Word, Timeslips, Outlook, Excel, and Essential Forms.
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
Responsibilities :
- Work with attorneys to propound and respond to discovery.
- Draft pleadings and correspondence.
- Organize and prepare cases for settlement conferences and trials.
- Maintain the calendar, including tracking deadlines and correspondence.
Familiarity with the local court rules would be preferred but is not a requirement. Above all, candidates should be friendly, organized, and responsible.
This is not a remote position.
Pay : Commensurate with experience and skills. Benefits : Health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and discretionary bonuses.
