Position Summary :

As a Marketing Associate at Freezing Point, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will :

• Content Creation & Media Management :
• Develop and execute engaging content across digital, social media, and print platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
• Manage and update the company’s website and email marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and compelling online presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
• Marketing Analysis :
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis, informing and refining our marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and driving continuous improvement.
• Data Analytics :
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on customer engagement, acquisition, and retention metrics.
• Support the marketing team with data-driven insights, aiding in strategic decision-making and campaign adjustments.
• Customer Acquisition :
• Contribute to the development of innovative strategies aimed at attracting and retaining new customers.
• Assist in the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversion.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The ideal candidate for this role is an enthusiastic and proactive individual that values innovation, creativity, and a shared passion for delivering exceptional frozen beverage experiences.

Preferred qualifications include :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns and maintaining websites.
• Bonus : Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.

Working Conditions :

On-site position. Standard working hours with occasional requirements for additional hours during major campaigns or events.
