This position is temporary, lasting until the end of January 2025.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation : $17.50 / hr

What’s a typical day as a Patient Services Representative - Phone Room? You’ll be :

  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and coworkers
  • Operating a multi-line telephone system to connect interoffice and house calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Registering patients when they call in for appointments
  • Retrieving insurance information
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Are comfortable working on a computer for the majority of the day
  • Have previous medical office experience (preferred but not necessary)
  • Can easily multi-task
  • Display innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
