A respected law firm in Nashville is on the hunt for a Non-Judicial Foreclosure Associate Attorney. This role presents an exciting chance to represent creditors in foreclosure, eviction, and title proceedings.
If you bring creditor-side bankruptcy and litigation experience to the table, that's a valuable plus. The ideal candidate will be driven and committed, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, communicate professionally, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Review title abstracts and loan documents to prepare for foreclosure sales.
- Conduct legal research and produce well-crafted legal documents.
- Maintain open and professional communication with clients, external counsel, court personnel, and more.
Leadership and management skills are highly desirable for this position.
Requirements
Must be admitted to practice in Tennessee and be in good standing. Additional admission to practice in other states, such as Alabama, Georgia, or Virginia, is a definite advantage.
