Job Description : PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
DOOR OPERATOR INTERNAL MOVER LINE OPERATOR MULTIPACK TRUCKING HARDROLL WRAPPING & LOADING CONSOLIDATE & OFFLINE WORKSTATION)
1. Work and communicate with teammembers when performing any assigned work task.
2.Maintain both productivity and quality performance standards whileperforming all work tasks.
3. Perform work safely andsupport activities to ensure continued safety improvements takeresponsibility to keep coworkers safe.
4. Maintain bothaccuracy and completeness on all required paperwork.
5.Follow all WMS / procedures for the recording and tracking ofproduct to insure inventory accuracy.
6. Maintainhousekeeping standards for both work area anddepartment.
7. Maintain safe operating procedures forall equipment required to perform work tasks.
8. Followall proper lifting procedures.

Training :
Needs tosuccessfully complete checker training and perform the job duringcertification with productivity and quality (error rate) resultsthat at least meet department expectations.
This includes all typesof loading methods.
Loading and unloadingfinished product.
Follows Sharp Guidelines.
Loads and unloads product with productivity and quality that meetsdepartment standards.
Stores product safely withoutdamage and according to established department practices.Consistently completes all required loading and unloading paperworkcorrectly and in a timely manner.
Understands andfollows special circumstance expectations e.g. lot control unloadswet damage claims returns.
Follows all WMS procedures(loading / unloading / damage etc.)
Operateworkstations (OLWS) Produce palletized products.
Operates equipment safely and with a full knowledge of qualityexpectations. Any potentially serious operational issues (e.
g.safety equipment quality etc.) are communicated toLeadership.
Asks questions when unsure of expectationse.g. quality specs.
Produces product at standard ratesof operation.
Does not allow work to expand to fill timeallotted; asks for more direction.
Exhibits flexibilityand thoroughness in ability to work on different machineswith
multiple product specs.
Follows allhousekeeping procedures.
Consolidate baysforward stage product and perform other warehouse supportfunctions.
Ability to accomplish warehouse supportfunctions with onetime work direction and little or nosupervision.

Removeand Store Product from Output Lines

1. Climb / dismount tractor cabheight of 48 52 by stepping onto an 18inch step. Hand supportsavailable for balancing and assistance 3 to 10 times per hour for a12hour shift.
2. Ability to shift in tractor cab seatfrom forward position to right or left trunk position. Driving 50%forward position 50% backward position.
3. Ability toturn to view objects directly behind tractor cab.
4.Ability to turn steering wheel one full revolution to the right andleft without restriction.
5. Ability to reach andactuate foot pedal continuously. (both feet)
6. Abilityto reach and actuate hand controls continuously. (righthand)
