Service Technician, Reactive Fountain

Responsibilities

• Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment ( e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs
• Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area
• Effective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associates
• Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work area
• By use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity
• Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies)
• Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within 1 year from hire required
• CFC Refrigeration Certification preferred
• 2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required
• 1+ years beverage service technician (EFC, Fountain install, bottle / can reactive) experience preferred
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and / or iPad type device
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Possible CDL requirement in some locations / positions
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Base pay is $23.85+ / hr plus bonus structure(dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
