The impact you will have in this role :
Being a member of the Emerging Technology team, the Security and Innovation Senior Associate will demonstrate a broad spectrum of technology leadership and teamwork capabilities.
You will serve as a primary cyber-security individual with the responsibility for; identifying emerging technology opportunities for within a function, guiding the team to turn opportunities into reality, with a focus on todays and tomorrow’s cyber threats.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for supporting alignment on vision through clear communication and direction to OTR members on identified emerging technology challenges, in-scope activities, and best-practice approaches for solutioning.
- Inspire and Engage members to bring maximum value to Emerging Technology and Innovation and create a culture of data-driven decisions so that stakeholders across the organization can ask better questions and find better solutions.
- Monitor for changes in standards and regulatory requirements that can possibly impact DTCC businesses.
- Develop strategic methods to ensure emerging technologies are reviewed, triaged, and supervised for potential impact to DTCC business.
- Align the cyber threat landscape to technology solutions to protect DTCC.

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success :
- Proven expertise across and within multiple Cyber-Security and Technology Risk proficiencies : (i.e. Technology Risk Assessments, Threat Modeling, Project Management, Cyber Controls, Metrics, etc.)
- Ability to understand, break down and prioritize a problem into workable parts, collaborate with teams to tackle it and build a compelling product vision and roadmap focusing on the highest business value.
- Ability to think about objectives from multiple perspectives and considers non-conventional ideas and approaches for achieving organizational goals.
- Experience with secure technology deployment and monitoring of applications and infrastructure into public cloud services (e.
g., AWS or Microsoft Azure).
Experience with Design Thinking stages (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, & Test)
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
