Job Duties :
- Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
- Produce high-quality deliverables and promptly respond to correspondence and phone calls.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all work products, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.
- Adhere to firm policies and practices.
- Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extended computer work, virtual calls, and occasional meetings.
Requirements :
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
- Proven track record in handling transactions related to financing and M&A in energy transition projects and companies.
- Experience in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.
- Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating good business judgment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective research and problem-solving abilities.
- Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others.
- Admitted to practice law in Delaware.
Preferred Skills :
Management skills for potential leadership opportunities.
Education / Certifications :
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Delaware bar.
