Job Summary :
The Sr. Specialist - Marketing is responsible for coordinating and conducting marketing projects and tasks related to business initiatives, promotions, social media, collateral, website management, paid media, CRM marketing, public relations, brand management, reputation management (online reviews, etc.), and on-property materials as required to support business objectives and operational needs. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, highly self-motivated, and have strong project management and communications skills. This position is fully remote.

Job Responsibilities :
Supports Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) in all marketing-related initiatives and effortsWorks with internal and external parties to coordinate all marketing efforts and perform the duties required to initiate, run, and successfully conclude long- and short-term projects and tasksDelivers assignments on time, ensuring accuracy and quality requirements are metTracks and reports on progress of multiple tasks and projects through completionConsistently communicates with DOSM on tasks / project progress; discusses challenges and opportunities; proactively seeks out and accepts guidance and supportIdentifies and resolves inefficiencies / challenges in related areas of responsibilityPrimary duties :
Gathers / produces content to deploy across multiple channels, coordinates logistics and traffics marketing campaigns / advertising, promotions, CRM emails, collateral, signage, and other marketing effortsUtilizes Content Management System (CMS) to update websites and create landing pagesMaintains property listings and responds to / escalates online reviews as appropriateCollects and maintains photos, logos, collateral files, websites, listings and other assets / contentCompiles campaign / promotion analysis, produces recaps, and communicates performance metrics with key stakeholdersComposes and distributes reports, emails, updates, and various other internal communicationsMaintains customer database for CRM marketing purposesStays up-to-date on relevant business and marketing / advertising trends, technologies, opportunities, etc. and uses knowledge to bring forward recommendations for enhancing our marketing efforts to the benefit of the businessEnsures appropriate internal and NPS approvals for all outbound marketingAdditional responsibilities as requiredJob Requirements :

The expected pay range is $55,000.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
