Quality Supervisor

Valgroup is hiring a Quality Control Supervisor in Findlay, Ohio .

What you will do :

  • Resolve quality problems with management, engineering, and operations
  • Work with all levels to identify standards and initiate improvements
  • Manage quality lab and equipment
  • Interview, training, and performance management
  • Document and control nonconformance materials
  • Track and report quality measurements and goals

Skills needed for success :

  • 2 years or more experience in leading quality control within a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Data Analysis and reporting
  • SAP experience preferred
