Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Corporate Public Relations Manager for a hybrid position based in Detroit, MI! This position is paying up to $65 / hour and begins right away.
Duties :
Oversees the day-to-day execution of assigned Public Affairs program activities including logistical support for both ongoing work and specific events.
Provides logistical support to other Public Affairs programs as needed
- Works with cross-functional teams within Public Affairs, across the company, and with external organizations. Leverages the resources of all Public Affairs groups, as well as other corporate support and operational groups to implement program
- Gathers data, monitors and reports specific program metrics that support the overall Public Affairs and Corporate scorecards.
Maintains database of relevant community events and contacts
- Assists in the preparation of presentations and business cases related to the Public Affairs programs
- Utilizes Continuous Improvement principles, methods and tools in developing and implementing programs and identifying / improving processes
- Participates in ongoing program evaluation through after action reviews and other effectiveness reviews to help determine improvements or recommendations
- Represents company with external organizations as needed
- May represent the Program Manager at cross functional meetings as needed
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree and the knowledge and capabilities acquired through 3 years of job relevant experience
- Degree in public policy, communications, business administration, marketing, or related discipline preferred
- Computer skills including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word & MS SharePoint
- Ability to attend external events during and outside of normal work hours
