A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and solve complex customer technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Implement strategic business decisions and influence peers for market share growth
Develop automation techniques and provide feedback for product improvement
Act as an advisor for complex customer cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to meet security screening requirements upon hire and every two years thereafter
Verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions for supporting government agency customers
Microsoft Technology Certifications and knowledge of relevant technologies preferred
Basic knowledge of networking protocols and scripting skills are advantageous
