Everything from themed food displays, unique designs, custom menus and more are skills we bring to the table for each of our clients.
We are looking for energetic and organized catering captains that have a passion for food and events. Full-service catering background is preferred, with specialties or interest in weddings and social events as a plus.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Venue walk throughs
- Vendor coordination
- Client meetings
- Preliminary event logistics
- Packing up necessary equipment
- Onsite management of serving and bartending staff
- Being client's main point of contact
- Helping a client to pick out and design color schmes / eating ware / tablescape
Each day and each event looks different! You can be on a small, intimate dinner of executives to an 800-person gala with stunning food presentation and action-packed award shows.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and an eye for design is a must.
Must have open and flexible schedule. Weekends availability, needed.
