A strong, mission-based Nonprofit in NYC is looking to hire a Grants & Contracts Manager . This role is responsible for the management of the Grants & Contracts team, budget reviews & submissions, billing activities, budget modifications, closeouts, receipts, and cash flow activities.
Ensures monthly, quarterly, and annual invoices and requested information is submitted to the funders.

Requirements :
- BA / BS degree required, with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of Nonprofit experience preferred
- Must have post-award grants billing experience
- Prior supervisory experience - 4+ direct reports
- Working advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines, which may require a flexible schedule, as extended working hours may be required during month-end and year-end

Experience with Financial Edge
This is a hybrid role : 1 day In-Office / 4 days remote per week
Compensation : $125,000-$135,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
