About the Director of Partnerships role

  • As a Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners in our growth and success as a company : the realtors, mortgage brokers, and property managers who handle and provide for our users.
  • This requires a strong background in the residential real estate industry, with experience from tech-enabled realty firms, large brokerage firms, or tech companies selling to the real estate industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to assure the best possible experience for everyone involved.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with realtors, property managers, and mortgage brokers, acting as the primary point of contact and providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive the success of the partnership program.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive growth and success for the company.
  • Network with prospective clients to build strong relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies and approaches into the partnership program
  • Work with a account executives to facilitate deals
  • Once the program is successful, build a team around you

Requirements

  • Strong relevant experience in the real estate industry- from tech-enabled realty firms, large brokerage firms, or tech companies selling to the real estate industry
  • 5+ years of experience in Proptech
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience with partnership programs and relationship management, including building and managing a pipeline from the ground up
  • Realtor license - a plus
  • A desire to build something new, work in a collaborative environment, and willingness to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in languages other than English - Advantage
