Job Title : Program Development Specialist and Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Program Development Specialist and Compliance Specialist who will be instrumental in developing educational programs that align with state standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and design continuing education and exam preparation courses, ensuring alignment with state requirements.
• Edit and enhance online learning materials to maintain compliance with all relevant testing topics and standards.
• Create engaging learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Design interactive computer-based e-learning materials.
• Develop comprehensive course guides and outlines.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft applications, Articulate Storyline, Woo Commerce, Grass Blade, Learndash, XAPI, and WordPress to organize and maintain server storage systems for course files.
• Collaborate with State Boards to stay informed about current learning and testing requirements.
• Analyze, update, and refine existing online content using Microsoft applications and Articulate Storyline.
• Work alongside customer service to resolve user-reported issues using tools such as Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and Skype.
• Ensure timely student course completion submissions to various state boards.
• Collaborate daily with the Education Team to discuss agendas, address issues, and manage state updates and renewals.

• Familiarity with state educational requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Experience in using Microsoft applications and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline.

Benefits

This remote position prefers candidates in Tennessee but is open to applicants from the entire East Coast. The role offers a competitive annual salary of $40,000 - $45,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package : vacation, personal and sick leave, a day off for your birthday, medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401K plan.
