About the Role

TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Responsible for agency acquisition and onboarding under SMB, and improving the number of effective monthly active advertiser (eMAA);
  • 2. Research and insight into agency business models, formulate and implement agency acquisition policies, cooperation models, and growth systems to adapt to the characteristics of global SMB;
  • 3. Explore the acquisition and growth strategies of agents and productize them to improve conversion rate;
  • 4. Optimize product capabilities to help agencies get through the novice stage, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to eMAA;
  • 5. Collaborate with the sales team to convert Sophisticated agents into managed services, help agencies keep growing through manual services, and continuously contribute to revenue increase;

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with years of work experience, familiar with the types of agents and business models, and those with experience in agent cooperation are preferred;
  • 2. Familiar with North American policies and the characteristics of the agent market, able to grasp the core demands of agents to formulate strategies and attract agents to cooperate;

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Strong project management skills, efficient cross-team collaboration, and completion of productization and follow-up iterations of growth strategies.

Product Manager experience is preferred.

2. Strong data sensitivity, able to extract key information from data and insight into problems, able to use statistical analysis tools for basic Data Analysis;
