As Data & AI Talent and Change Senior Manager, you will :

  • Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
  • Define and structure an organization's data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
  • Assess maturity of an organization's data and AI foundation.
  • Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
  • Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
  • Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
  • Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
  • Ability to travel up to 100%.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in Data & AI Strategy and Advisory
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience executing data-driven projects, programs, and innovation to clients
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in applying predictive, prescriptive, and generative analytics client solutions
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred skills :

  • Master's degree
  • Experience publishing industry thought leadership
  • Experience with tech driven transformations, data & analytics and / or sustainability
  • Experience with senior level (C-level or C-level minus 1) conversations
  • Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Driven and entrepreneurial : ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go to market activities.
  • Excellent leadership and people skills : proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Colorado $131,100 to $291,100

District of Columbia $139,600 to $309,900

New York $121,400 to $336,900

Maryland $121,400 to $269,500
