We are looking for an experienced Application Systems Administrator to support and maintain the wide range of critical applications used across our operational units.
This role ensures our applications run smoothly, while also driving automation and process improvement to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage the lifecycle of nearly 50 applications used by various business units, ensuring uptime and reliability.
Develop and manage automation jobs to streamline processes and look for opportunities to improve workflows.
Work closely with business and IT teams to implement and migrate applications. Maintain strong relationships with software vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth updates.
Provide expert troubleshooting and support for application issues, ensuring any production interruptions are addressed promptly.
Maintain detailed documentation for all systems, including configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
Tools You'll Use Daily :
PowerShell
Automating tasks and managing systems through scripting.
MS SQL Server & MySQL Server
Managing and maintaining large-scale databases and executing complex queries.
Automate v10 (HelpSystems RPA Software)
Streamlining workflows through robotic process automation (RPA).
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience as an Application Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of scripting with PowerShell and working with SQL databases.
- Experience with automation tools, particularly Automate v10 or similar RPA software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
