Position Overview : We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cook / Customer Service Team Member.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and providing outstanding service to our customers. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements / Responsibilities Responsibilities : -Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards-Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils-Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing assistance as needed-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner-Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment-Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staffQualifications : -Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred-Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes quickly and accurately-Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously-Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed-Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plusBenefits : *Competitive hourly wage*Opportunities for advancement and career growth*Flexible scheduling options*Positive and supportive work environmentIf you are passionate about food and enjoy providing exceptional service to customers, we would love to hear from you!
