Sales Director
At the forefront of digital imaging solutions, this company offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Sales Director to manage and expand business operations across US, Canada, Latin America, and South America.
The role involves strategic oversight of multiple sales channels, engaging with business partners, and driving growth and innovation in the digital imaging sector.
The ideal candidate will be involved in setting long-term goals, executing business strategies, and playing a pivotal role on the Executive Management Team to foster a collaborative and result-driven culture.

Compensation : $150,000 - $175,000 plus up to $50,000 additional potential compensation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Drive and develop business performance across US, Canada, Latin America, and South America, ensuring alignment with strategic goals through all sales channels.
- Head the U.S. sales organization, fostering team growth and securing new business opportunities.
- Enhance the product's partner and customer base by identifying and onboarding new value-added resellers, business process outsourcers, and service centers.
- Collaborate with brand partners to design and execute effective sales campaigns and strategic development plans.
- Assess and streamline business operations across internal units in Europe and the US to promote a cohesive business environment.
- Develop comprehensive long-term plans for all sales channels and oversee their successful implementation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate success and implement improvements.
- Engage actively in executive management discussions and decision-making, contributing valuable insights and strategic direction.
- Act as a change agent within the organization, spearheading necessary changes to enhance business processes and outcomes.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science, OR commercial training with extensive professional account management experience.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including several at a management level, selling software solutions to executive buyers.
- Proven leadership skills with a solid track record in business planning, development, and risk management.
- Comprehensive experience with ERP systems like SAP and Microsoft 365 Dynamics, as well as CRM applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and maintain agility among team members.
- Experienced in negotiating significant contracts, particularly within the Americas.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- More than 10 years of strategic sales management, particularly in technology or digital imaging sectors.
- Proficiency in additional CRM and ERP platforms.
- Experienced in managing distributed teams across diverse cultural environments.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, considering the geographic scope of the role.
