Looking for a confident, intelligent, self-motivated, people-oriented person to take charge of key business growth position at Purchase Partners.
Reporting to the COO, the objective for Inside Sales and Marketing Representative position is to increase sales in your assigned territory by cultivating new prospective accounts, and growing existing customer accounts which create new business opportunities .
You will be in in contact with OEM manufacturing accounts throughout each day, contacting them via email and over the phone.
Your goal is to increase our visibility of our company, products and services in those accounts, and gaining opportunities to develop requests for quotes and orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative position includes the following. Other duties may be assigned :
- Spearhead daily communication with assigned prospective accounts and existing customers.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to stimulate quotation opportunities with those accounts.
- Work with Customer Service and Purchasing to develop customer quotations.
- Work with Outside Sales to increase business at assigned accounts.
- Utilize CRM software to organize daily schedule and contact with accounts and drive communication.
- Identify, profile, and qualify key growth accounts.
- Develop solid working relationships with assigned contacts.
- Develop email marketing strategy that will compliment daily contact efforts with key accounts.
- Provide high levels of customer service through phone calls, emails, etc.
- Enter opportunities to quote in operating software and route to key staff to develop; assist as needed.
- Provide backup support for other team members when needed.

Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to communicate clearly over the phone and in emails. Develop rapport with customers and prospective accounts.
- Self-motivated, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum 2 years successful inside or outside sales experience in OEM sales, preferably selling similar products offered by Purchase Partners.
- Proven track record of growing business through successful long-term relationships with key customers and core suppliers.
Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or have at least two years related experience in inside sales and marketing.
OEM industry experience is strongly preferred.
Computer Skills : To perform this Inside Sales Representative job successfully, an individual should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and have good keyboarding skills.
Full-time, work onsite, no remote opportunity. Target 32-40 hours per week. Hourly + bonus +benefits. Flex hours Monday through Friday between 8-4 PM may be available.
