Executive Assistant
The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Team you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining processes that multiply the effectiveness of the founders Collin and Howard on a day-to-day basis.
You will join a small team of just over 20 employees at Provable. We pride ourselves on extreme ownership, transparency and a passion for privacy in the digital age.

Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management : Maintain the COO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal use of the COO's time.
Email Communication Management : Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the COO, ensuring efficient and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Communication and Reporting : Assist in drafting and disseminating updates from the COO to the board of directors, investors, and internal teams.
Gather and synthesize information from various departments to prepare cohesive reports and updates.
Talent Driving : As founders, we believe in spending a significant amount of time on team building. Expect to be heavily involved in recruiting, onboarding, and the experience of new hires.
Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison and point of contact between the COO, executive team, board, and investors, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
Meeting and Crisis Management : Coordinate materials and logistics for board meetings and investor calls. Provide support in managing communication during crisis situations, maintaining clarity and accuracy.
Confidentiality and Professionalism : Handle all tasks with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. Collect and integrate feedback to inform communication strategies and executive actions.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant in a tech or similar fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
