A company is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize their influencer and brand ambassador programs.

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of influencer and brand ambassador programs

Manage and mentor a team of coordinators / associates to ensure successful campaign execution

Develop monthly and quarterly social marketing strategies based on performance data

Required Qualifications

Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable ROI

Strong people-management skills with experience in team leadership

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with eCommerce platforms

Experience with analytics and visualization platforms, such as Tableau, is a plus
