Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Remote) to support ongoing growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance billing systems and oversee accurate invoice generation

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls

Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with accounting regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

5+ years of progressive experience in accounting operations with managerial experience preferred

CPA preferred

Advanced knowledge of tax regulations in a multi-state payroll environment

Familiarity with accounting software applications, with experience in ADP, Netsuite & Connectwise preferred
