Our top real estate agency is looking for a Listing Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position is not afraid to ask for business and backs their persuasiveness with top-notch customer service.
This candidate will also have an in-depth knowledge of the area and current market conditions.

Compensation : $100,000 plus

Responsibilities :
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
- Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- One year of work experience in real estate
- Has a real estate license
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
