- Customer Satisfaction : Regularly visit current customers and view locations for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Rapport : Foster and maintain strong relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for each customer, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is exceptional.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : Proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial cleaning, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Motivation : A self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for achieving results.
- Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Problem-Solving : Employ strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer situations and provide effective solutions.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
