Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation :

$19.25 per hour

1st shift 6am 4 : 30pm

What’s a typical day as a Mechanical Assembler? You’ll be :

• Assembling a variety of complex large and small mechanical products
• Reading and understanding blueprints, work instructions, and procedures
• Completing repetitive and standardized operations while maintaining product quality and safe work practices
• Using a variety of hand tools, machines, and associated equipment
• Performing quality assurance procedures
• Performing functional tests on all assemblies
• Maintaining and monitoring test equipment
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
• Operating pallet jacks or overhead cranes to move parts and products
• Performing additional duties as requested by supervision

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have two years of relevant work experience
• Can meet and maintain daily production rates and goals
• Have the ability to work all scheduled and adjusted times, and / or work overtime to accommodate production
• Have demonstrated proficiency in English comprehension and expression
• Can adjust to changing work environments and varying temperatures
• Have the ability to tolerate prolonged standing, walking distances, and physical stamina to perform repetitive motions
• Have excellent manual dexterity with full-finger and hand movement
• Have the ability to enter transactions in Oracle with high accuracy and speed
