Mandatory Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Business Administration or other related IT fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience as a BA in large scale software projects
Extensive knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
Experience with meeting facilitation
Experience with business analysis and requirements documentation
Experience in designing quality test processes to identify defects
Experience in using JIRA to document defects and monitor resolution
Experience performing differing test methodologies in IT projects to find defects
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with project team members and stakeholders
Ability to deliver assignments in the agreed schedule and of effective quality
Accountable to the FDLE assigned Business Support Program Manager for all phases of the PALM project
Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience
