Salesforce is seeking a Paid Digital Media Strategist who is passionate about digital marketing and event marketing.
As the Paid Digital Media Strategist on the Media Lab team, you will support media planning, execution, and reporting of paid media for our in-person and virtual event marketing campaigns.
This role requires a strong background in media planning, paid social, project management, communication skills, and a commitment to mastering and contributing to marketing best practices that have made Salesforce events stand out globally.
Responsibilities :
Partner with Global Media Strategy Lead and Channel Strategy teams to develop media plans promoting and growing Salesforce strategic events.
Work closely with Global Media Strategy Lead to understand key business problems, objectives, and audiences to best inform and build media plans.
Media plans will support in-person and virtual events registration promotion, as well as live event promotion.
Interpret campaign briefs, analyze audience insights, and leverage data to develop and launch tactical media plans.
Own paid social live events ( LinkedIn Live) and manage the digital promotion, live event broadcasting, and reporting with paid social reps.
Gather post-event performance details and share with key stakeholders.
Continually test, iterate, and optimize media plans in partnership with the Channel Strategy team to ensure we are getting the most value out of our investment.
Support mid-flight campaign reporting, providing regular insights and performance data, as well as campaign wrap reports.
Stay up-to-date on the latest media trends and vendor technologies to ensure events campaigns are on the cutting edge of innovation.
Requirements :
Mandatory + years of professional experience in digital marketing or paid social media marketing, preferably in the BB industry.
Experience managing budgets across different sizes : experimental to scaled (, millions).
Proficiency or some level of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, social media advertising platforms, and analytics tools like Tableau
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, sometimes ambigious environment (agency or start-up experience a plus) and working autonomously.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Organized with a high attention to detail.
Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels, enabling yourself as well as your team to do great work.
Exceptional communicator and collaborative / team mentality. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and manage expectations with project stakeholders.
