Proficient in computer operating systems such as Mac Linuxand Windows
Responsibilities :
Provide support for users of computers and softwaresystems.
Provide handson or remote assistance incomputer setups upgrades software operation and
maintenance.
Provide general trainingfor relevant applications and hardware
Respondsto client inquiries
Provides technical supportto users
Troubleshoots hardware and softwareissues
Provides instructions or directly sets updesktop hardware
Assists with installation ofcomputer software and operating system updates
Records logs of rendered support
