As an Engineer / Resident Inspector, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing engineering and construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct engineering analyses and design calculations
- Perform site inspections and document findings
- Monitor construction progress and adherence to project schedules
- Review contractor submittals and payment applications
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project teams to address challenges and implement solutions
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities
What You'll Need :
- Education : Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in engineering design software, construction documentation, and safety protocols.
- Strong Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Attention to Detail : Meticulous approach to problem-solving and quality assurance.
