COMPANY NAME : Thielsch Engineering
JOB TITLE : Field Technician (Construction Testing)
LOCATION : Cranston, RI
HOURS : Monday - Friday, 1st Shift
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for transporting material samples to laboratory for further testing and analysis
- You will be required to keep equipment clean and in good working order.
- Interact with construction personnel, engineers and state and federal representatives while presenting yourself as a professional representative of the company.
- Driving and maintaining the appearance and operation of company vehicles to and from job sites.
- All work with be conducted in accordance with OSHA regulations and TEI Safety standards
Successful Candidates Will Have :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean record, driving company vehicle(s) is / are required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Google docs
- Ability to obtain certifications from OSHA, NICET, NETTCP, ICC and ACI within first year of employment is required
- Lifting up to and over 50 lbs in both a vertical and horizontal range of motion.
- Stooping, walking, bending, reaching, pulling and pushing
- Clarity of vision at both over 20 feet and under 20 inches
- Able to judge depth, have a good field of vision, and identify and distinguish colors. HOW TO APPLY
