Outside Service Technicians needed to service commercial beverage equipment such as coffee brewers, coffee grinders, espresso machines, ice tea machines, etc...
Individuals in this role are provided with : a vehicle, uniform, cell phone, and gas card.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive dispatched service calls as assigned and ensure prompt response based on estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Troubleshoot or diagnose equipment malfunctions utilizing standard electrical test equipment such as volt / ohm meters to identify and implement corrective action and perform preventative maintenance.
Check calibration and ensure machine is clean.
- Maintain inventory and maintenance on equipment such as : parts and tools
- Document all work performed and close out all activities upon completion.
- In some locations, the Service Technician will be responsible for machine movement and various other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work overtime when needed.
COMPETENCIES
To perform this job successfully, the Service Technician must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision.

- Mechanical aptitude.
- Customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations and service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a service technician is a plus, will consider any candidate with mechanical aptitude. In-house and factory training will be provided on various equipment.
- Graduate of Technical or Vocational School a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record a must.
- Ability to lift 55 lbs or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs required.
- Ability to drive more than 40% of the time.
- Ability to pass a Background Check.
