Description :
Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive abilities, emotional development, and academic skills.
Counseling and Intervention : Provide counseling and interventions to support students facing behavioral, emotional, or academic challenges.
Consultation : Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies and interventions that promote learning and mental health.
Prevention Programs : Design and implement programs to prevent bullying, substance abuse, and other issues affecting student well-being.
Advocacy and Support : Advocate for the needs of students with disabilities or special needs, ensuring they receive appropriate educational accommodations and support services.
Qualifications
- Master's degreefrom an accredited program.
- Active school psychologist license in the state of Utah.
- Certified to teach in Utah.
- Experience working as a school psychologistor in a related educational setting.
- Pass a tech screen.
- Provide your own liability insurance.
- This is a fully remote position with a 1099 contract.
