Responsibilities :
Manage and lead a variety of survey projects, including residential boundary and site / civil development
Oversee all aspects of survey projects, from proposal planning to project completion
Conduct deed research, field calculations, and project oversight
Perform solo or crew field work as needed
Utilize survey data collection software and tools such as Carlson Software and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Maintain accurate digital file management and project documentation
Ensure effective communication with team members and clients
Qualifications :
Maine Professional Land Surveyor Registration required
Progressive experience in land surveying, including field work, deed research, and office calculations
Bachelor’s degree in a survey-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Proficiency in Carlson Software, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and survey data collection software preferred
Experience in project management is preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive and team-oriented attitude with a desire for continuous growth and leadership development
